Good basic soundbar

But if you are the average homeowner that wants something better than the crappy speakers they put in TV's now days, this is a good choice. I like the blue tooth subwoofer.

You may unplug and plug the connections again to isolate the issue. If you concern is the surround effect, depending on the input signal and the sound mode setting, surround sound processing may not work effectively. The surround effect may be subtle, depending on the program or disc.

Live in an apartment so I can’t crank it up the way I’d like to. When I do tho the sub sounds great. You can controller subwoofer level I just wish you could get more bass at lower volume. Quality sound. Would give 5 stars if I could hook up more speakers to this unit but that feature is not available
