    I was not optimistic about the purchase until I hooked it up. I watched you tube and decided to plug it in through arch port. The sound is really great for a small space, which is what I needed. The upgrades actually would have been over kill. You get the deep bass but you can change to her voice. Music is clear. Very happy with my decision.

    Bought to go with new Sony Bravia 65" smart TV. Works well. I watched LOTR trilogy, the battle and other epic scenes enhanced by sound system. Remote has separate volume controls for (overall) sound and for bass. A few other options. Suits my needs, but I am not a sound junkie, so.....

    For a sound bar it was very good. But overall just not what i was expecting. I would still recommend it to others but do not expect the subwoofer to be the reason you buy this one.. the sub is very dull and does not create a hard thump sound when content is played. Its light and adds very little feeling..

    Bought this system to go with my 55” Sony 4K TV. So far I’m pretty impressed with the system and how it links to my TV and Sony blu-ray player. Sound is good but it takes some playing around with. Sounds great when watching movies but live sporting events can be tricky. Overall great system for the money.

    I SO loved this TV audio system when I got it. The sound is incredible, and it looks cool, too. It was easy to set up. Life was good. Then, 30 days later, the thing stopped working. It no longer communicates with my TV. The system doesn't work, even though the "ready" lights are lit. I disconnected everything and followed the instructions to set it up again. Nothing. I am very disappointed, and I will return this item to Best Buy tomorrow. I am VERY GLAD I bought the protection plan. Because right now the cool-looking sub woofer is a boat anchor. So I gave this product 2 stars. It was 5 stars during the month it worked. Now it's 0 stars. If you buy this item, buy the protection plan, too.

      Hi RDSchultz, We regret to hear your soundbar has stopped working. This is usually not the case for our soundbar nor the experience we want you to have. If you still have the unit and need assistance, I would suggest performing a factory reset.

      Press and hold – (volume down ) and
      (power) on the Bar Speaker for
      more than 5 seconds.
      All indicators on the Bar Speaker
      flash 3 times, and the settings
      return to their initial status.

    Loses connection too often.

    After having this for about 4 months, I rate this as just ok, mainly for the lack of continuous connection. When i turn on the TV, the sound bar comes on and works immediately. But for some reason, after maybe a week or two, it doesn't automatically connect. Thus, i get no sound from it. I try turning it off and on, but still no connection. The only way to reestablish the connection is to unplug it and plug i tback in. Then it works again for another couple of weeks. Not sure why it loses it's connection, but it's a pain in a neck being that i have it plugged in behind the wall and the bar is mounted to the wall. My other soundbar is a Samsung and it never loses connection. It comes on every time i turn on that TV with no issue. Can anyone from Sony tell me why this is happening? My TV is a Panasonic Smart TV.

      We appreciate your review of the HTS350. It's unfortunate that you are experiencing a sound issue with the soundbar. Resetting the soundbar may help resolve the issue:

      1. Press and hold – (volume) and the power button on the Bar Speaker for more than 5 seconds. All indicators on the Bar Speaker flash 3 times, and the settings return to their initial status.

      2. Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead).

      3. Connect the AC power cord (mains lead), then press the power button to turn on the Sound Bar.

    Great sound at. Sound is a huge improvement over the tv sound. My only negative about this is that it interferes with my Xbox series s. It cause a major lag in my controller input. So much so that I cannot use the sound at while playing the Xbox. Fantastic for tv and movies though.

    More than enough for a apartment. I have an open concept house and I can hear movies while I’m in the kitchen cooking. I think it’s how these expensive TVs should sound, but isn’t realistic for how thin TVs are now. It gives me the deeper bass and better helps me better hear the speech in movies that was much needed.

    The sound bar is the equivalent of my Bose sound bar believe it or not at one fourth of the price LOL keep up the good work good prices and good customer service Best Buy‘s and I’ll keep spending my money there LOL

    Was looking to improve over the standard speakers on my TV and this entry level Sony system did the trick. Bluetooth connect isn’t super strong/stable and seems to lack a bit of range, but my primary use is TV/movies. Won’t blow the roof off your house but will give you way more depth of sound than the standard tv speakers could ever come close to.
