it’s connected to an older Samsung TV. it was ez to set up. It doesn’t have a menu of setting, as an example more bass, balance etc but guess that’s my fault for not researching it better. i was able to sync it with my Xfinity control so i do not have to use two controls.

I like the sound of the sound bar, rich bass tones. I like that it doesn't require a big amount of space on my stand. Most importantly I also like that the sound doesn't go in and out like my previous soundbar as to why I replaced it with this soundbar. I am satisfied with my purchase

Amazing product but shocked and disappointed with how it was shipped. Bought online as a Christmas gift and it was delivered in original box. No surprise there what so ever. Completely visable as to what it was. The product itself is INCREDIBLE!

Excellent delivery service and setup. Carlos was very courteous and informative. The text messages that kept me informed were very helpful. I'm pleased with the new refrigerator, so far. This is only the 2nd day, but I am optimistic it will perform to the highest standards.

Matches up well with my Sony 950G TV. The 950G TV remote can control many of the functions of the sound bar. The center speaker provides very clear voice, especially at the enhanced voice setting. The sub woofer is very strong and can be set at multiple levels.

Thought of getting samsung and went to store, bought this after testing all other models in the store as well. For the price of about 280 USD, this is totally worth it,..go ahead and get this... This is better than Visio, samsung and LG..... SONY IS SONY....

Works great with my television just know that if you connect through bluetooth to your tv there is latency but maybe you can fix that through settings. It was too hard for me so i connected an hdmi which fixed the problem immediately. You cant use with asus monitor no 3.5mm headphone jack.

Before adding this to our entertainment center the sound was bland. This surround sound system makes us feel like we’re in the movie theater which we haven’t been able to visit because of COVID. I want another for our bedroom. Our son loves it too

bass is really good with music but sometimes does not seem good enough for movies i have a vizio payed 100 for it a older model and it seems better only wish thuds booms ect was louder in movies then this would be a 5 star wont recommend for my taste of bass level

We haven't set the sound bar yet, however, the service was exceptional. The demonstration in the store was very thorough and helped us decide which item was best for us. We can't wait to hear our system in our home.

This is the first time that I have purchased a sound bar for my new Sony TV. I love the bass feature. I am so impressed how easy it is to use. Action movies sound like you are in a movie theater. It is an excellent feature to add to any TV.

Don’t be confused, when I say 2nd sound setup I mean like in 5 years. The first one was amazing, had to get another one for the new TV. Amazing distribution of sound, deep and rich bass but not overpowering (once setup right). Great for an apartment or even a home.

Excellent! All the other sound bars that I got had low volume. This was my last straw, and this thing is loud and the sound quality is excellent! It's a bit on the pricier side, but worth every penny! The sound is rich and not just loud!

I sampled several sound bar's and this Sony was the best one for my needs.I had initially purchased one as "open box" but the remote was missing...can't setup the sound bar without the remote, returned it and exchanged for new item. Very happy with it.

This was perfect for our living room when we wanted to watch a movie. It’s compact enough that it isn’t a nuisance, but has enough quality to give a little if that cinematic experience, without breaking the bank.

Sound bar works well and we have not had any complaint about any issues. We purchased this for our granddaughter and know that if there are any problems we will hear about it. If it's working we will never know.

As my title says, if you plan on bluetoothing this to your tv, don’t buy it. We bought this and decided to pair it to our tv instead of the HDMI, well not even a month into having it the bar just quit working, wouldn’t turn on at all. So we went to Best Buy and swapped bc it was an extended return, we got the new bar hooked it up. It was great, not even a month later, same issue! We left the bar for a while and one day decided to hook it to the TV by the HDMI just to see if anything would happen. It worked and has worked flawlessly since then. The sound quality is good for the price.

Actually bought this for a conference room (Zoom Room). Great sound for $200! The subwoofer just fills it out. I'm not watching movies with it, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better slundbar at this price point.

At first was disappointed in the sound, it seemed too bright, almost a bit tinny. But on salesman's advice, I installed Music Center app on my phone and was able to fine-tune the sound of the soundbar... it made a huge difference. :-)

I would have to Totally agree with this person that bought the same as I did. I have had it two weeks. The first week was great other then I had to keep the tweeter going up and down on the sound so I can hear and the back ground noise was way to loud. I bought this set so I would not have to do that through all my shows and games. I can hear voices now. But just keep getting blown out of the room with the tweeter's being to loud. I wish I could find a good medium for this. Second week have this, was not as good. Some times the blue light will stay on and other times it will not. I have to sync the sound bar a lot. It doesn't stay synced all the time. And I don't know why some times the blue light keeps staying on. And other times the blue light if not on. I think it has to do with syncing the Bluetooth but after it is synced it never stayed on the first week I have the sound bar. I would not recommend this to others. It only has two small tweeter in the sound bar. The bass was fine. Posted 1 year ago by Kris Setup was fairly straightforward but I did have issues getting the HT-S350 to sync with my Sony XBR65X900E TV. After neither the instructions nor a web search turned up a solution, I restarted the process several times and it eventually worked. I don't care for the lack of easily seen function buttons or any type of visible display on this unit. The function buttons are on the top of the unit and are not illuminated. Since the HT-S350 is square and mounted on the wall under the TV, the already very subdued markings virtually disappear and there are no tactile bumps or depressions to indicate where to press. With a new-ish (Dec 2017) Sony TV, Sony soundbar and HDMI ARC, everything should power up and down and function seamlessly but about 10-15% of the time the soundbar fails to power on when the TV is turned on. Not a huge deal and there is a remote for the soundbar but it's annoying to have to find the additional remote or illuminate the soundbar with a phone and guess where to press. If the HT-S350 is sitting on a TV stand or entertainment center, the blocky shape would probably be just fine bus as a wall-mounted unit it looks odd. It juts straight out from the wall whereas my previous Sony soundbar was more of a wedge and appeared much more sleek. That's purely personal preference. My major issue though is with the volume variation. Not so much with DirecTV content but while streaming Netflix, Amazon, etc. the difference between action or other louder scenes and dialog is extreme. I find myself turning the volume up and down multiple times during virtually any streaming session. I've tried multiple settings on both the TV and soundbar and it's still an issue. The last comment is that during these attempted adjustments, there is no display whatsoever on the HT-S350 except for 3 LED's making what setting you're actually on another guessing game. Excellent sound when properly adjusted but can't recommend this one.
