Crystal clear smooth audio and deep loud bass! Highly recommend to anyone especially if you’re not trying to spend several hundreds of dollars! I think tax out the door I paid $217 :)

Sound bar Sub woofer upgrade

So we decided to try a new brand and went with this Sony! Needless to say the remote works amazing from so far away and we are kicking ourselves for waiting so long!!

Great for the cost

Not what expected

I so wanted to love this and I saved up to purchase it but I installed it and does not do anything that it claims. I have a professional come to check to make sure I hooked it up properly (really there is nothing to it) and the hook up was fine. My family and I were having problems hearing voices over the background music and this actually makes it worse. We were excited to watch movies and sports with this system and again no real difference. I know it is not the TV as we have a Sony. I have always loved and saved up on all items Sony makes and this is the first disappointment and it is a big expensive one.

However you can not add additional speakers to this sound bar if your looking to add back speakers. The sound is great and has several settings to choose from. The install is very simple.

Had to send NY twice for warranty repair. First time it was returned with same issue. Had to send back the second time. Still waiting for item back. Requires parts.

Recommend 3rd channel (e.g. 3.1) for better voice quality. Doesn’t connect directly to Google Assistant, goes through TV. Overall good improvement over TV speakers and good value.
