Wonderful sound and base for sports and movies . Wish causal conversation was clearer. There should be more Volume !

Nice soundbar for medium spaces

It does a good job, but I'm only giving it four stars because I'd like the sub woofer to hit a little harder.

Could Be Better, Could Be Worse

I have Samsung Sound Bar on our other TV and the sound is so much better (and I believe the price was about the same (Black Friday Deals)). Also, I had quite the time connecting it to our TV (but that may just be me). The only advantage to this bar is that our iphones connect without issue (the android phones connect to both sound bars). My lesson, don't buy a sound bar unless you can sample it in the store; this one did not have a floor sample.

We regret to hear that it hasn't performed to your standards particularly with the sound quality. Know that we take all feedback seriously and will pass your suggestions along to the proper team for future enhancement. You can easily enjoy pre-programmed sound effects and settings that are tailored to different kinds of sound sources. This may help improve the sound quality. You can refer to pages 21-22 of the manual for more information.

Additionally, moving the subwoofer around in your room may help with bass reproduction. We suggest starting with a corner of the room and see if that improves the bass response. The HT-S350 is an excellent soundbar that delivers a clear mid and high range, while a wireless subwoofer fills in the rumbling lows. Honestly my TV sound is better that the bar unless I have the sub cranked up. But when you watch TV you dont ALWAYS want it to sound like you are in the movies so I do not get all that much use out of it.

However, when we hooked it up to our tv with HDMI it would make our tv turn on automatically. I’d wake up every morning with the tv on. Returned it, bought a different brand and no more issue.

There is an option to disable the function where the tv turns on automatically when you turn on the soundbar. You can either use an optical connection, use an HDMI CEC Less adapter or cable. Or, just press and hold VOICE for 5 seconds to set the Control for HDMI function to on or off. Hope this helps. Regards, Sam
