We are sorry to hear that. To isolate the issue, power reset the unit, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. After power reset, disconnect the cables between your TV and the soundbar then reconnect them. Make sure the cables are secure at both ends.
