I have tried all the outlets available in my living room and hasn't helped. I am not happy about this...any suggestions? Thank you

Posted .Hi Scorpio21, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your HTS350 soundbar. We regret to hear you're having a hissing sound issue with your soundbar even when turned off. This is usually not the case for our soundbar nor the experience we want you to have. To isolate and resolve this issue, please try to remove all the devices connected to the unit and perform a power reset.
Turn off the unit.
Unplug the soundbars power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
Let the unit remain without power for 2 minutes.
Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.
