Was told this was a great soundbar because "SONY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE SOUNDBARS" which is what the guy who sold me this said! Clear vocals and good for movies but bass is weak and music doesn't sound the greatest.

Posted .Hi TariqStpatrick, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your HTS350 soundbar. To ensure optimal performance with the subwoofer, please follow the steps below:
Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume.
Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange.
Set the night mode to off.
If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer.
-Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds.
The built-in demonstration music is played.
-Press the (TV) button again.
The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.

Can’t return it anymore as of Nov 12th. So I guess if you want to have it looked at you have to buy a guarantee. Sucks, they can’t guarantee that their product will last long!!!!! So mad!!!
