Once every few days the sub gives a loud random popping sound. The sound is totally clear either it is very hit or miss between music and voice depending on what you are watching. But for as cheap as it is, it is not terrible.

Don’t get me wrong it’s an improvement over TV speakers but nothing too significant in my opinion

Not a great soundbar

It did attach wirelessly to my Sony TV. But the sound lagged the picture. So I had to use an HDMI cable. There still is a lag between the sound and the picture.

It is difficult to figure out and does not have a book that clearly explains how to use it best. I would never buy it again and BestBuy should be called WorstBuy.

Ok sound bar

Can’t even adjust the bass or treble. Give 3 stars cuz is loud but other then that would not buy this again.

We value your opinion and we would like to apologize if our sound quality of the soundbar did not meet your expectations. The bass can be adjusted using the supplied remote control. Press the SW+,- button to adjust the bass volume. However, the treble cannot be adjusted manually. You can select a different sound mode using the remote to enhance the treble.
For the best audio experience when listening to TV and movie content, we recommend the Cinema Mode. And, we recommend Music mode if you are listening to music. Hope this helps! -Sam

The thing that is most noticeable is it makes dialogue much clearer. After using it for a month, I would spend more to get better sound quality.

- Increase the volume of the Soundbar using the remote control.
- Increase the volume of the output device, such as a TV or audio device.
- Turn off the Night Mode setting. On the Soundbar remote control, press the NIGHT button to turn off the Night Mode setting.
- Try switching to different sound modes and adjust the voice setting to enhance the sound.
You can easily enjoy pre-programmed sound effects and settings that are tailored to different kinds of sound sources. This may help improve the sound quality. Good for conversation style Audio

Excellent soundbar if you just need better audio for standard listening but don't expect to get much more than clarity with this set up.
