Sound Bar

We are not sure on what model/brand of projector you are trying to connect with our HT-S350. However, if it supports one of the following connections, your projector should work with this soundbar:
• Bluetooth connection
• HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) connection
• Optical Digital Cable connection

Good cost but average quality

Sometimes the sound is a bit akward and does not come well. Not fully satisfied, I would not recommed this model.

Disappointed in performance

I was hoping to improve the dialog and bass response. I had this connected to my TV with the HDMI ARC. However, this soundbar / subwoofer combination did neither. The bass sounded muddy at best and the dialog was not improved. It claims to have 320 watts of power but I highly doubt this number. I returned this soundbar and picked up a Polk soundbar that was less money but it had better/clearer bass and the dialog was improved. This soundbar might work for some but not for me.

Some flaws

A little disappointing

Worked decent, but our room was too big

Also decided we needed full surround sound and this one isn't compatible with rear speakers at an additional cost.

Good sound for the money

Posted .Hi Lois, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your HTS350. We regret to hear you're having issues with the wireless subwoofer. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue:
-Make sure that the status indicator on
the subwoofer is lit in green or
orange.
- If the status indicator on the subwoofer does not light, try the following.
– Make sure the AC power cord
(mains lead) of the subwoofer is
connected properly.
– Press (power) of the subwoofer
to turn on the power
- If the status indicator on the subwoofer lights in red, try the following.
– Move the subwoofer to a location
near the Bar Speaker so that the
status indicator on the subwoofer
lights in green or orange.
– Follow the steps in “Performing the
Wireless Connection of the
Subwoofer (SECURE LINK)”
(page 26).
- If the status indicator on the
subwoofer flashes in red, press
(power) of the subwoofer to turn off
the power and check whether the
ventilation holes of the subwoofer are
blocked or not.

Not SONY Quality

Soundbar has its faults

When you are watching movies via Bluetooth connection, you may hear the sound with a slight delay from the image. We recommend adjusting the audio sync settings from your TV or connect the TV to the soundbar via HDMI ARC or Optical cable connection.

Disappointed

Was easy to set up and get started. Problem is half the time when we turn the TV and sound bar on there isn’t any sound. If we turn the sound bar off and on a few times it eventually works. We have disconnected the ARC cable and reconnected and it hasn’t solved the problem. Wish I could take it back but we’re past the return timeframe.

follows.
Press and hold – (volume) and (power) on the Bar Speaker for more than 5 seconds.
All indicators on the Bar Speaker
flash 3 times, and the settings
return to their initial status.
Disconnect the AC power cord
(mains lead)
Connect the AC power cord (mains
lead), then press power to turn on the
Sound Bar.
