The Bluetooth range will vary according to whether walls or other obstacles are located between the devices, the material used in the intervening walls, the presence of Radio Frequency (RF) interference and other environmental conditions, and the type of software being used. If your soundbar is connected to the TV via HDMI cable, please turn off the Control for HDMI function. Loud but no-bass

Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume.
Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange.
Set the night mode to off.
If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer.
-Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds.
The built-in demonstration music is played.
-Press the (TV) button again.
The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.

To ensure you're getting an optimal listening experience, please follow the steps below: Check that all the cables and cords of the system and connected device are firmly inserted. Try to select different Sound Mode options which are pre-programmed sound effects that are tailored to different kinds of sound sources.
