    For the price it’s ok, installs easy enough, just feel the quality of sound could be better without having to be more expensive to accomplish that.

    Confusing to set up, not that great. Subwoofer helped with the bass but the bar alone is whatever. I regret not getting JBL.

    not incredible sound addition. Sony used to really mean something, not so sure it does anymore. Sad to report just so so.

    Not a bad sound bar but I have a vizo that blows this out of the water that was cheaper. The sub is weak. Meh at best.

    Used it for about a week sounded great when it worked. Stopped working I followed every troubleshooting tip and did a master reset, it would not work anymore. Returned it for a full refund. Best Buy took it back and apologized that it stopped working. I never have a problem with returns. I did not replace it, I am still looking.

    Not much better than Tv internal speakers

    I bought a new entertainment center and my receiver did not fit. I decided to get a sound bar. I purchased this one. I did not like the sound. It was not much better than the internal speakers on the TV. I tried the different settings but still did not sound good. I ended up returning this one for another brand.

    Just an ok sound bar, doesn't sound overall that great but not bad. figured sony would be better but basic LG sound bar sounded better

    Did not like the simulated surround sound feeling that as always “on.” Very artificial and unfocused. Returned item.

    No synchronization

    This soundbar has never been synchronized with the TV. I have tried several solutions but there is still a slight difference between a person's lips and the sound. Additionally, there are no controls on the subwoofer at all. I have examined it closely and have found none. There is no way to turn down the volume and to turn it off I have to pull the cord. Am I missing something somewhere?

      Hi Squeaky, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your HTS350 soundbar. When you are watching movies, you may hear the sound with a slight delay from the image. Please check if your TV has an option for Audio/Video sync adjustments.

      Using the supplied remote control, you can manually adjust the volume of the subwoofer by press the SW +,- button. There is also a power button to turn it off completely. Hope this helps!

    First, let me say that Yes, the sound is good. But, that’s only if it will connect on the first try, not the 20th. Does not power on with the tv and intermittently disconnects. Super annoying. Going to take the $200 loss and buy a different sound bar.

    Ghostly system

    The Sony Soundbar System sounded okay. The darn thing kept turning back on by itself loud as ever. We did everything we could to stop this from happening. We had to return it to BestBuy. We had an extra one brand new it was the Samsung soundbar system and it sounded much much better than the Son. We love it!

    Ummmm. Waste of money

    Really not a fan. The specs look good but the sound is horrible. The speaker pops while listening to music on YouTube, after 50% volume it really doesn't get any louder ( but the subs hits a little harder) and I can't control the speaker volume with the TV remote. Also there's this blue flashing light that randomly flashes throughout the night while I'm sleeping. Taking it back tomorrow.

To ensure you're getting the optimal listening experience, please follow these steps:

      -Check that all the cables and cords of the Sound Bar and the connected device are firmly inserted.
      -If the connected device supports upsampling feature, you need to turn it off.

      If your TV supports Control for HDMI feature then you can use your TV remote to control the volume of the soundbar.
