It just has to be the Sony quality. This sound bar system has not disappointed. Its not like in your face extreme loud but its a great decent product with great sound all around for the price. Music, movies and games feel so vibrant and rich in sound. The bass is also kickin'. I would def buy again for another TV. If your a Sony person and what to compliment your already Sony TV do your self a favor get this product. Will bring to life your image with its sound.

The device is really quite nice looking, the remote, sub and bar all feel really well constructed. It's fairly easy to use for just about anyone I would imagine. ----------- Pros: The bass sounds spot on for movies, games and music. Everything is well constructed and feels premium as you expect from Sony. Easy setup and use. Remote is fairly straightforward (more on that in cons) Came with everything needed in the box, optical cable, batteries etc. Super easy to connect via Bluetooth. Cons: Highs sound kind of "muddy" and lacks clarity no matter what sound mode you are in. The remote, while fairly straightforward has several press-to-hold features that I only learned about when looking for a way (in the manual) to increase clarity in the mid and high range. They don't seem to do anything to help though. Sometimes when streaming music from Bluetooth it seems like the bar gets a bit confused and some bass notes come across weird, like a popping noise It's kind of hard to explain, but it's very random. Not sure if it's a Spotify issue but I have not experienced this with my Bose QC II headphones or Sony SRS-XB31 Bluetooth speaker. My suggestion to Sony? I suggest adding the ability to make granular EQ adjustments via Bluetooth app like the Bluetooth speaker mentioned above.

Great system besides the wireless subwoofer issue

However, I have noticed that I keep having disconnection issues with the subwoofer on this system which can leave you infuriated most of the time. I wish there was a better way to keep the wireless subwoofer on long enough for it not to disconnect. I enjoy it when it works but having factory reset the soundbar just to connect the subwoofer, then it cut off has been very frustrating.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the soundbar. It's unfortunate that you are having a connectivity issue with the subwoofer. These steps may help resolve the issue:
-Move the speaker system away from any device that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN device or a microwave oven.
-Remove any obstacle between the Soundbar and subwoofer, or move them away from the obstacle.
-Move the Soundbar and subwoofer closer together.
-Perform SECURE LINK. (refer to page 26 of the link below)

I went to customer service and they made it right! I love this sound bar its not the one I really wanted but its was in my price range and I wanted a bar that wasn't to long. I have a small office and I didn't want it to be longer than my 43 in tv so it was perfect! The sound is great has different setting and its very simple to hang and connect to the tv. Don't come with hardware so be ready!
