Not As Good As My Cheaper Vizio

What is even worse the Bluetooth connection is not near as stable as my Vizio SB3621n. Sony keeps glitching and is very intermittent, while when I switch to the Vizio it is rock solid. Very disappointed, considering on going back to Vizio. I bought this to match up with my Sony 55" tv.

We bought sony tv's and thought these would work better with the tv's than the samsung soundbar. They do not. Just after a few months one of them started making a loud noise and wouldn't stop until we unplugged it.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Most flat screen TV’s like mine have tiny speakers on the back or pointing down. Not only is there no surround sound effect, the sound leaves much to be desired. It sounds muffled and it’s sometimes difficult to clearly hear what is being said. To make out some shows, I would have to set the volume much louder than I would prefer. Connecting the soundbar to my TV using the included optical cable was painless. The sounds is far superior to the anemic TV speakers. The sound is richer and clear, no more muffled dialogue. There are different sound modes to tailor your sound; Cinema, Game, Sports, Music, News, Voice, Night, and Standard. You can select any more with a button push or leave it in auto mode The sub-woofer volume can be adjusted separately on the remote. The sound stage is greatly expanded and there is a bit of surround sound effect. Not quite like a full 5.1 system, but it's noticeable. My living room feels larger. I had no problem pairing my iPhone via Bluetooth and was streaming music within seconds. The 320 watts gives plenty of volume and bass for music. The sound bar can sit on a cabinet, mount to the wall, or to some Sony TV’s. There is also a sub-woofer. Both have grills in an attractive metal mesh with an upscale look. There are LED indicators on each. fortunately can be toggled off on the sound bar with the remote. A green LED remains lit on the sub-woofer when on, red when off. Being on the floor, this does not pose a distraction/ Every flat screen should have a sound bar for better and clearer sound. This soundbar not only resolved every shortcoming my built-in TV speakers had, but added a great Bluetooth speaker for my phone as well. A super value.

level on the connected device as well to ensure you're getting an optimal volume of your soundbar. Also, Check that all the cables and cords of the Sound Bar and the connected device are firmly inserted. To ensure optimal performance with the subwoofer, please follow the steps below:
Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume.
Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange.
Set the night mode to off.
If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer.
-Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds.
The built-in demonstration music is played.
-Press the (TV) button again.
The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.

Overpriced, poor quality and just lacking when it comes to mid priced electronics. Before you purchase any Sony products, I would recommend LG, Polk or Samsung products. Very very disappointed in Sony.
