This makes my television so much more enjoyable

Sony has created a nice quality soundbar that doesn't break the bank. The setup is easy and the wireless capability works flawlessly. Some of these soundbars have very strong sub woofers that overpower the sound. Sony did a great job with providing enough bass to make it noticeable without overpowering the sound quality. The room dynamics are also good. It sounds the best when sitting in front of it, but it isn't bad off to the side either. This is my second soundbar and I am impressed and enjoying it way more than my first one. Sony has once again put out a great product.

Don't waste your money. Buy another Brand

I bought it to replace my Vizio. With my dumb luck, I bought this for Xmas and set it up only a couple weeks ago. It does not work. All the lights are on, but no sound comes out of it. I'm done with anything made by Sony.

Excellent Sound,Good Bass, Easy Setup
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This system is so easy to setup - just plug in the power cords for the bar and sub-woofer and plug in the hdmi or optical audio cable. (hdmi cable not included-bad move Sony!) All the controls and adjustments can be made with the remote which is much more convenient than having to download and fiddle with an app every time you want to make any sound adjustments. Good move by Sony to put it all on the remote control. The sound, bass, and power (320 watts total) are excellent for the price point. There's no voice assistant but if you want great sound at a relatively affordable price, you can't beat this 2.1 channel system.

If the Sound Bar still does not operate properly, we do recommend performing a factory reset. Press and hold – (volume) and
(power) on the Bar Speaker for
more than 5 seconds.
All indicators on the Bar Speaker
flash 3 times, and the settings
return to their initial status.

Immediately after my 3 month return date the bass speaker started to act up. Inconsistent! Turns on and off as it pleases and sounds muffled at times. Spend the money for a better quality!

Posted .Hi Nogood, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your HTS350 soundbar. We regret to hear you're having an issue with the sound level of the soundbar and subwoofer. To ensure optimal performance with the subwoofer, please follow the steps below:
Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume.
Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange.
Set the night mode to off.
If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer.
-Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds.
The built-in demonstration music is played.
-Press the (TV) button again.
The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.

Difficult

I've tried every troubleshooting step they provided and still doesn't work. Gunna have to return it and get a different brand because not worth the frustration. Also just in general, it's really confusing to use.

Reliable sound bar & subwoofer
