Subwoofer blew out

Posted .Hi logan0421, We regret to hear about this. Is the subwoofer no longer turning on? Is there a light indicator in the subwoofer? To isolate the issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Power reset the unit.
Unplug the power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
Let the subwoofer remain without power for 2 minutes.
Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.
Plug the unit to a different outlet.

Not worth it

The Sony TV needs to be compatible with A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) to be able to connect the Sound Bar and TV Wirelessly. Also, please make sure that your TV supports Bluetooth connection for soundbar. You may refer to this link to see all the compatible Sony TV models:

Sony forgot to pack in some more bass
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been a big fan of Sony audio products especially their home audio products. My last experience with a Sony home audio system was a 5.1 home theater system that gave me years of enjoyment. Since I’ve moved on to a smaller space having something like that was not feasible anymore. A soundbar on my situation is a good alternative that can provide some much-needed sound that a pair of tv speakers cannot provide. Let me start off on how nice looking is Sony HT-S350. It looks more like something that cost twice what the asking price is. It has a discreet look to it with a metal finish on the front on both soundbar and subwoofer. Compared to my previous LG soundbar it’s miles ahead on this department. Now onto the most important part is the sound output. For the most part, it sounds good but if you’re looking for that shaking rumbling bass it’s not here. Don’t get me wrong it can get loud but the bass output from the subwoofer leaves a lot to be desired. My previous soundbar sounded as good as the Sony home theater it replaced even though it was just working with 4 fewer speakers. Even at adjusting the output of the subwoofer to the max level you still don’t get those rumbling low-frequency effects that a subwoofer normally produces. I’ve read the entire manual to make sure it was not something on like night mode that would normally tone down the bass for night time viewing. I’ve gone through the several sound profiles like cinema mode (which seems to help), music, game, sports, and standard. Overall it’s still a good sounding soundbar with the weakness being the subwoofer. Sound effects like explosion won’t rattle your place as a good subwoofer does. As for sound profiles you have several to choose from depending on what content your viewing like news, sport, and auto sound with automatically adjust sound based on the content. For most of my review, I left it on this setting. To help with nighttime viewing you have 2 settings Night and Voice. Night mode is clear sound with low volume at night. Voice mode makes dialog clearer, especially when viewing news at night. You also have DRC (dynamic range) for Dolby digital audio. Even though it’s not a high-end Sony model they did not skimp out on features. You get HDMI ARC connection and optical audio input (my setup was connected by this) with Bluetooth onboard for wireless music streaming from your device. Bluetooth performs well without any drops. Overall is an excellent soundbar that the only shortcoming is the lack of deeper bass. Don’t let this discourage you overall it’s still a good sounding unit. If it wasn't for the lack of deeper bass this would have been a 5 out 5 product.

Great little system
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay, for this being a soundbar and a subwoofer, it produces a lot of quality sound. We have a played a variety of things over the system and I can definitely say I'm pretty sure my neighbors no longer like us. However, I wanted to make sure I got something that was worthwhile, and after several different styles of music, movies, and shows, I can say this system is great. It can shake a house over 2000 sq ft and make it where you can hear plain as day outside. It also has a very dynamic range so it's not muffled and you do not lose quality with the loudness. I'm very impressed with this product, the neighbors are not.
