Bass is wireless and can be placed anywhere in the room as long as you can connect to power outlet. Very easy to set up. Bass volume can be adjusted independently of the sound bar volume. Works great as a blue tooth speaker with iPhone.

Put Amazon video Pacific Ocean Waves for sleep and felt like I was at the beach. Slept with it on a low volume and let me tell you this sound bar is amazing.

I purchased a Samsung sound bar but returned it because I didn't think the sound quality was much of an improvement over the TV. So I bought this Sony and could not be happier! Plus, it was very easy to install.

Bought it as a housewarming gift for my sister and brother-in-law and they love it. Only downside is voice clarity can be a little muddled and the bass isn't the greatest ever, but good for the price!

Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. Had no problems out of the box connecting it to my tv. Really love the subwoofer that came with this that I can hide next to my entertainment center. When watching a movie just make sure you change to cinema. The sounds really cone out from everywhere

Had issues with having to reset it all the time(pressing voice for 5 seconds) to make it work right when watching a blu-ray but discovered it was a setting on my blu-ray player. Sound bar operates perfect and sounds great!

I use it for video games and movies and it works good for both. There’s a game sound mode and a cinema sound mode along with multiple others. I have the sub on 4, there are 12 levels. There’s still a lot of bass only on level 4.

I have not had good luck with these blu tooth subwoofers. This is my third system Samsung, Sony and no another Sony the past 2 have made to just about the 2 year mark and then the subwoofer stops pairing.

It’s pretty good for the price you’re paying. Bass was good. Wasn’t what I was looking for but if you’re not too worried about the ultimate sound then this is a good choice. Set up was very simple and the remote allows you to easily switch between sound settings. It has a nice narrow footprint so fits nicely with the TV on a TV stand. It sounds pretty great, and the subwoofer is a bonus. It can connect via HDMI ARC so that all output from the TV goes straight to the sound system, and can be controlled with the TV remote.
