Good price- great sound! Was an addition to a new tv!

This pairing may underwhelm you if you buy it for your living room. Seeing as it's only a 2 channel bar. But it is an excellent value for a bedroom. The sub will thump great in a bedroom too. So if you buy it for BR use, you should be pretty happy with it.

Works beautifully. It tools us about two minutes to get it out of the box and working. Sound comes out awesome. We had a different brand previously that sounded statistical within the first week, so this is definitely an upgrade! 10/10 I would recommend!

Slim profile is nice as it doesn't stand out like others. The sound is amazing, makes me feel like I'm in my own movie theater. The wireless subwoofer is nice so you don't have excess wires all over the place. Fills my living room wit amazing sound. Can't beat it fore price.

I love it...I thought I had great sound before buying this one. I have the 2.1 channel in my room and thought i was buying the same one for the living room. But i was wrong...this one has 320W w/ 2.1 channel. And wow is the word....so happy with it.

Bought it for the wireless subwoofer. I like the voice clarity that I get with this soundbar. I replaced a Samsung soundbar just because I didn't have the subwoofer. I like it. the wife likes it. Just a few dollars more than what I intended to spend.

We bought a new television and then purchased the Sony 2.1 Channel 320W Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer to enhance the performance of the television sound system. It's like really being in the movie! Great choice, happy we bought it.

I got this great Sony 2.1 channel 320W soundbar on a black friday deal for $149.99, sound clear, love the bass on this system, in my opinion bass are much better than JBL 2.1 soundbar 300w system

I purchased this sound bar to use along with my Sony X80H television. The sound produced by the television speakers is adequate but not that great. To Sony's credit the television does have an on screen equalizer that allows for adjustment of specific frequencies low to high but my experience thus far is that it does not significantly improve the sound quality. Thus my purchase of the sound bar. After purchasing this sound bar it got me thinking about the topic of sound quality and what that means exactly. Hopefully there are some audiophiles or sound experts that can offer some comments and information on that topic. The sound bar is certainly an improvement over the television speakers but from my point of view is some what disappointing overall. The sound bar appears to do pretty well with mid range frequencies but does not do very well with the low frequency bass sound appearing to lack the power and/or ability to produce the low frequency sounds with authority. There is a button on the remote to increase subwoofer volume but that does not help much in my opinion. I believe the specifications indicated that the system is rated for 200 hz to 20 khz. If the system were rated down to the 20 to 50 hz range that might improve the ability of the system to produce those low frequencies. There are also buttons on the remote that I assume adjust frequencies depending on the type of program you may be watching but they don't seem to make much difference in my opinion in terms of overall sound quality either. This system is a 2.1 system with a left and right speaker in the bar and a separate wireless subwoofer. My old Sony DVD player 5.1 system is far better in terms of overall sound quality. The 2.1 system is lacking in terms of its ability to "project" sound towards the listener as well as vertically and has somewhat of a "flat" sound to it as well as not providing the type of "stereo" sound that I expected. As the cost of this system was $279.99 plus tax this system it totaled out at just about $300.00 so not cheap but not too expensive either. On the positive side of things the system is easy to install and works well with the television allowing the tv remote to turn the sound bar on and off automatically. As noted in other reviews you will need to purchase an HDMI cable which is not included with the sound bar. Also it might have helped if Sony included an ability with the sound bar similar to the television for manual adjustment of specific frequencies via an on screen equalizer. Regarding the sound quality issues noted in my review the sound produced is also a function of how good the audio files are. Since I like to stream movies, music etc. if the audio files are not that good then naturally the sound quality from the sound bar will not be that good either. Overall I still like Sony Products. If you are looking for a basic sound bar you may want to consider this product but I would recommend looking at and listening to others as well (and yes I went to 2 stores to listen to the sound bar before I purchased it - 1st store sound bar was not working). If you have the budget you may wish to look at multi speaker systems such as 5.1 and others. I would suggest also asking about the frequency range of the system to ensure it can reproduce sounds from 20 hz to 20 khz. Have a great day!

I like this soundbar. It is very affordable and the sound is deep and robust - crisp and clear. I am very happy with this purchase. I used to own a JBL system and i thought I would not be able to get such great sound from another comparably priced unit but I was wrong. This Sony system is more than up for the task!

We love it, it's perfect for our fairly large master bedroom. Makes in bed movie night a great experience. I will say the volume is bit low, so you have to increase the volume more than you would think was good level.

I have a Sony TV so figured the best thing for it is a Sony soundbar. I brought it home, unpacked it, read the instructions for installation. Installing was so easy I had it done in no time at all. Did I mention how great the sound is and simple to operate.

Amazing sound bar, my family and I love watching movies so this sound bar fits what we need. It has great clear sound, it has the surround sound you need, and has a great bass. My whole house shakes when I have it up high

Happy with this product. Best Buy employee gave me 3 recommendations for my bedroom setup. We’ve almost always had good luck with Sony products. Super easy to connect and improve your sound experience. Since it’s wireless, the Subwoofer can be placed wherever in the room.

This is a perfect upgrade to your home tv viewing experience. This little set has a lot of sound power. It’s as good as an older 5.1 system from years ago. It really helps out on a tv that doesn’t have good sound due to the flat screen. Great product. Would recommend.

Took a chance on this Soundbar and I am glad I did..after going thru a couple and very expensive I was pretty upset. If your on the fence, i’m telling you .. you won’t be disappointed. Good Job Sony.

Bought this for our family area. I currently have the previous version of this sound bar in the bedroom. This soundbar has wowed me. The quality for this price is just amazing! With different sound modes, i am able to adjust the sound to my liking! Definitely recommended!

Sound quality is good for the price. Not an overly great image presentation, but the expanded frequent response, especially in the low-end with the subwoofer is a welcomed benefit over the TV speakers themselves.

Bought this sound bar for my son to use with his 65" TV. Once he had it installed he really enjoys the sound. It took a while to install because his TV had different connections. He also uses it as a sound bar for his phone. I gave it a four because of the difficult set up.

This sound bar was bought for connecting to my TV, but turns out to be the best Bluetooth speaker and subwoofer I have ever owned!!! The speaker connects to the tv or my phone in a matter of seconds- no programming no menu just hit a button and listen! Unbelievable- I love it!!!
