Only complaint is my tv remote (brand new Samsung q8 series tv) won’t change the volume settings even when connected to the tv as the sound device.

However, the system did not sound as good at home in the media room as it did in the store. Returned the unit and purchased one with larger Bass speaker and two wireless satellite speakers. Cost a bit more but the second unit will result in the neighbors caller the police, just what I wanted. Let the inconsiderate neighbor's mutt bark. I'll shut him down with sound effects found on the net. Now the mutt thinks there is a big dog or a mountain lion in my house.

Great System

We just replaced a stone age 42" plasma with a Sony 49" 950. The picture is amazing but the sound needed help. Got this on sale for $199 and it is a great value. Watching a BluRay of The Dark Knight in theatre mode and while it is a 2.1 system, it really did a great job, much better than expected. Switching over to Sports mode and watching a football game it really made a difference. The night mode is also good when one person wants to go to sleep. The sound stays crisp at low volumes. Super easy to set up.
