Next day, luckily somebody mentioned to move the subwoofer behind the couch and what a difference! The money spent on this unit was well worth it. Using the soundbar alone sounds horrible, must use subwoofer which bass is adjustable from 1 to 10. Paired to my Dish TV was easy and my DISH TV remote runs the soundbar volume and all other satellite tv functions.

I used it in my family room at my old place with a receiver, so it was never a issue. I just had it mounted in my bedroom and needed a good entry level sound bar to go with, and this definitely does the job. You might need something more powerful or more expensive for a home theater setup, but it's more than enough for a bedroom.

A Great Basic Soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While not the most impressive soundbar out there, it serves my purposes well -- a simple upgrade from a tinny 4K TV internal speaker. In that, it delivers quality sounds with plenty of low-end. Blu-rays and streaming content sound great. Bizarrely, it does not play so well with the new PlayStation 5; delivering an oddly "canned" quality to off camera sound effects. Although, this could be a communication issue between the PS5 and the television (another Sony product). But on the whole, it's a great, basic soundbar.

Easy set-up, great sound

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall set-up took around 15 minutes and 10 was just trying to get the speakers out of the box by myself. I already knew where it was going so power sources and HDMI cords were all I needed. Turning it on was simple and it synced up with my TV and subwoofer within seconds. The sound is awesome and definitely a level up from just using the TV speakers. The only thing I haven't figured out is why the subwoofer won't allow me to higher the volume. On the given remote there are two buttons for volume and pressing the one for the subwoofer does nothing.
