    I wanted a simple sound upgrade to my Sony TV. This was simple and perfect. The separate sound bar sum-woofer is just great. We mounted it on its side so it could fit within an existing shelf next to our entertainment center. We used a long HDMI cable I had already to hook up to the TV's HDMI-Arc plug. No problem with the sub-woofer at all. Not real surround sound. No commercial quieting, but still nice sound.
