Posted .Hi scott, Thank you for upgrading to your new Sony HTS350 soundbar! We're very pleased to hear you like the ease of setup with your Sony TV. To ensure optimal performance with the subwoofer, please follow the steps below:
Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume.
Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange.
Set the night mode to off.
If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer.
-Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds.
The built-in demonstration music is played.
-Press the (TV) button again.
The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.
You’re now able to enjoy deeper, richer bass and immersive surround sound. The wireless subwoofer, 320W total output, and HDMI ARC one-cable connection make it perfect for your essential home theater. Great sound addition to TV

This sound system not only resolved that sound quality but turned his living room into a surround sound theater like... he now want to put all his classics and musicals on the sound is amazing ..worth every penny
