what a great addition. setup was so easyier then getting it out of the box. just plug in the optical cable and plug it in and plug in the sub woofer and your in business. I lost alot of my hearing in one of my ears and with this I can understand what the actors are saying again and the bass from the subwoofer really adds to the dimension of sound. At $200.00 it's a great deal. wish I had bought it sooner.

I am extremely satisfied with this system. It has been about five years since I had a sound bar with the subwoofer combination installed in my house. I do have a decent sound system in my car along with two 10” subs. I enjoy my heart skip a beat here and there from the bass. So, I was very excited to research a new Christmas present to myself. I still own the older version of this sound system, AS-VCT150. I lost all the speaker wires (subwoofer to the sound bar). None of the stores around where I live, had replacement wires. Sure enough, BestBuy had same model, wireless, new and improved version of what I already owned. Most of the reviews were positive, and costumers were more than happy with their purchase. For $200 this system performs as good, if not better than the products for twice as much money. Different settings are awesome for various things you might use it for. I’m sure that you’ll find something that will please your ear. It does make my floor shake with some old school Jungle, BassHouse, Dubstep, movies sound amazing to my ear, but it’s also very clear. Sounds great, looks good, nice to look at. I would definitely recommend for anyone to buy this setup. Definitely a good starting point if you’re not looking for the most expensive, best sounding system out there. You will be more than satisfied with the little money that you paid for it. Enjoy. BTW, it’s still SONY, you know what you get. Only the best. PS. For some weird reason I not able to use HDMI hook up, but the digital wire works as well also. No problem there. Bluetooth always helps.

I bought this Sony sound bar to replace a Samsung sound bar that was attached to a Sony TV hoping I could link them. I was incorrect as my TV is 1 year older than the Bluetooth link allows. However, the sound is excellent, the price (Sale) was awesome, and voices are clear. Universal remote took care of the linking issue. Upgrade to your terrible tv speakers with this product. At a good sale price easy can’t miss.

I can handle a sound system that might be a little more complex but honestly it wasn't necessary. I have always been fond of SONY products so my first choice was based solely in name brand familiarity. The setup is very easy and interface is easy to understand for all parties in our household. Connecting via Bluetooth is plus and the sound is dynamically improved from our TV output. This setup is a great value in my opinion.

I have 2 of these sound bars, one in our loft and one in our bedroom. They have great sound and bass for a reasonable price. It doesn't compare to the Klipsch Sound bar we have in the living room, but for a smaller room where TV speakers just don't cut it...It has been a great choice. The HDMI-ARC works great with both my Sony XBR and TCL Roku TV's just plug them in via HDMI and both TVs switch to it for sound using the TV or Roku remote.

I really like Sony products and this soundbar system with wireless subwoofer is no exception! It'll literally vibrate your floor with the subwoofer; adds fullness to the sound. The soundbar itself is also of excellent quality, producing the good highs and mids. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in increasing your sound awareness from your television on movie nights and all other nights.

I got this as a open box for 165, and if your looking for a nice sound bar and wireless sub it's not bad at all. The bass hits hard sound is clear but I would not say crisp. Could be louder in my opinion there is no display to see what sound mode your in or volume level. It kinda just goes off blinking lights. Easy to set up with HDMI . For the price you can't go wrong. Not the best but definitely not the worst Sony is a good brand .

Easy to setup and the packaging was more than adequate to keep the unit safe for travel. Was a pretty obvious gift when wrapped but I made it look like two different gifts with different wrapping paper so it was a surprise after all. Sound quality is on par with others. Wasn’t blown away by the sound quality but it’s was for my hard of hearing dad, and it gets plenty loud. I like the wireless sub. It is very easy to sync with the sound bar speakers.

I purchased my Sony Soundbar about 2 years ago, and I love it! The sound is very rich, with lots of base. I also like the various sound settings: standard, news, music and sports. There's even a 'night' setting that decreases the base for late-night viewing. It also has Bluetooth. The only problem is, I haven't figured out how to pair it with my Bluetooth earphones, so I can listen to music without disturbing neighbors.

Have had this 18 months and think it's still a great value. Sounds way better than even the nicest TV speakers. Do not buy a soundbar w/out a sub-woofer. You need the bass for overall better sound. Was a steal @ 200 in Feb 2021. Thanks Sony and Best Buy!

This was a awesome buy and was lucky to get it on sale. Overall it’s super loud and easy to set up. The Bluetooth made it easy to connect to the amp and my phone when I want to listen to my music seamlessly. Another cool feature was the the game mode especially made for PS4. Movies are so cinematic with it and games sound realistic. I recommend this for anyone who wants to enhance the sound for movies, games and music!!

This Sony sound bar is a great value for the price. Deep rich sounds that are great for music and movies. I was Surprised how good the sound to be from this system. The bass from the subwoofer is outstanding. Highly recommend this product even over most of the high cost units.

This soundbar is awesome. The eARC is a nice feature so as to not have to deal with multiple remotes. Bass is great for a small-medium-sized room, can't comment on any bigger than that, however. Has many different modes at the touch of a button for whatever media you may be listening to. I bought it on sale for $200 down from $300. I think at that price this is a great buy.

I actually bought This Soundbar A Few Months Ago but I Am unable to Walk. So My Cousin helps Me get all of My electronics hooked up for Me. So when He was trying to hook up This Soundbar for Me A Few Months ago He found out that My TV Wall Mount was blocking The HDMI ARC Port to plug in My Soundbar to. So since He's really busy with Work, Family Life, and also in the process of Moving, My Cousin was finally able to do what He needed to do to get My Soundbar hooked up. So We got it hooked up but was having A problem syncing up The Soundbar to My TV. So I chatted with An Agent from The Sony Tech Support and Alex was able to help Me sync My Soundbar with My TV!! And let Me tell Y'all, This Soundbar sounds absolutely Awesome!!! I've been watching just regular TV Shows since I was able to get it working and The Sound is incredible!! I am A Huge Sports Fan and I Am looking forward to watching My Kansas City Chiefs play Football Tonight and I can't wait to hear The Sounds of The Football Game coming from My Sony Soundbar Tonight!! If Someone is A Sony Fan like I Am and They're looking for A Great Soundbar to pair up with Their TV then I would most definitely recommend buying This Sony Soundbar for sure!!! I also like to play Sports Games on My Playstation 4 and I can't wait to play some Madden NFL 21 here in A Few Minutes.
