I shut everything off (sound bar, tv, console, etc) but the sound bar will turn on by itself 30 seconds, a minute, 5 minutes, or even an hour later by itself. I went through every setting possible even Sony's website and Reddit's suggestions but still turns on on its own. Not a deal breaker but annoying.

Product was not even cleaned before sending, it had a lot of white spots.

We are sorry to hear that the sound quality of your HT-S400 soundbar has degraded significantly after 11 months of use. This is certainly not the expected performance, and we need to help you resolve this. As a first step, please try power cycling both the main soundbar unit and the wireless subwoofer by unplugging them from the wall for five minutes and then plugging them back in; this can sometimes reset the audio processing.
