Awesome sound!

They are hard lf hearing so wanted to increase the volume since the T.V. (new Sony 65) had good sound but downward faving speakers. They loved it! I love it!

It is disappointing to hear that the sound levels feel underwhelming, especially when you were looking forward to a significant upgrade for your home theater. While having a professional setup is usually helpful, it is possible that a few specific settings are limiting the hardware's actual output.
To ensure you are getting the full power of the system, please check that your television’s output volume is turned up high, as the soundbar can only amplify the signal it receives from the source. We also recommend using the volume up button on the Sony remote specifically, rather than the TV remote, to ensure the soundbar itself is reaching its maximum ceiling. Often, toggling the Sound Field button can also help open up the audio if the current setting feels too thin or quiet.

Had it for about a month and only issue that I have seen is the volume controls for the TV remote is slow to register input.

It has excellent sound output, and the bluetooth aspect of it is nice as well for playing music in the room. Worth the buy!

It was a bit daunting to get set up so the tv recognized it but once that was done it works great.

Get soundbar!

It was a bit of a challenge to set up and get working properly but that had more to do with my TV than the soundbar itself. The sound is amazing and takes my TV to a whole new level.

We watch the motorcross races and it seems like you are really there. The key is placing the speakers in the best spot, but we have and this is great!
