    Not great quality for the price. I just replaced an older Sony sound bar and that was better. I would spend the extra money and get the Bravia.

      1- Try the Sound Field Button: Press the SOUND FIELD button on your remote to enhance the surround sound effect

      2- Adjust the Bass: Use the BASS + button on the remote control to increase the bass level and achieve a richer sound.

    Very good sound and easy set up if you have a smart tv. But even if you dont have wifi on your tv it has a cable to still be about to connect

    Sound is much better than TV…..but unfortunately not as good as 3.1 Speaker, which wasn’t able to keep because sound bar being a little to wide..sad!!

    Failed a Few Months After Purchase

    Bought this after a Sony rep pushed it pretty hard in the store. I thought it was a bestbuy employee but learned later it wasn’t. I noticed one day I didn’t hear the bass from the speaker and although the sound bar was on and connected through the eARC the sound was coming only from my tv. Looking in the settings and somehow the tv wasn’t recognizing it. Tried it on multiple other tvs and got the same problem. Bought the geek squad warranty and now I have to wait a month or more to be repaired instead of being able to swap it out or return it. Only had bad luck with Sony products unfortunately so do not recommend.

    If you want all around sound, it's not for you. but it's good for the price I guess. better surround sound calls for more expensive sound bar

    Pros: Easy setup, seems to work fine most of the time* Cons: It decides to switch into Bluetooth Pairing mode without any user interaction on my part. No touching of the remote, no voice control, no touching anything, it just turns off the audio and goes into the search mode. Happens anywhere from once every couple hours to several times in an hourlong tv show. Clearly I am not the first to experience this. The subwoofer also doesn't sound all that great - it will enunciate voices on occasion - so you might hear it every 3 seconds or so.

    it's a no brainer for someone who is looking for a home theater system that's in-expensive with wireless subwoofer and with a sony tv.

    Definitely not loud enough, and NOT NEARLY ENOUGH BASS. Our old semi had a samsung system, but we put this one in our new truck cause it was on sale. Big mistake.....never made it out of the parking lot.

If the Soundbar is not delivering high volume or bass levels, it may be due to Night Mode being activated, as it reduces the bass response and overall volume. You might turn off Night Mode to restore normal sound levels.     Is it the best? No. But do you expect it to be for the price? If so, that's on you, not the brand or product. I got this open box for under $150 and I would buy it again if I had the chance.
