    Sounded good. But not great. Just a glorified Bluetooth speaker. Also subwoofer stopped working about 2 months.

      Hi ChristyS,

      We’re sorry to hear your soundbar is making an unusual noise. This is often caused by wireless interference or a minor sync error; please try moving the subwoofer closer to the soundbar and ensure there are no wireless routers nearby. We also recommend performing a factory reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons on the bar for five seconds until "RESET" appears, then unplugging the unit for a minute to clear any software glitches.

    Didn't last, subwoofer doesn't work

    Sounded good until the warranty was over, then the subwoofer stopped working. It's still paired and the light is on, but no sound at all. Also, the sub can't be replaced. Need whole new system now.

    Replaced a SoundCore sound bar with compatibility issues with my Sony AndroidTV system. Everything about the system has been great except the HDMI Arc doesn't have a passthrough ability like the SoundCore. So one HDMI port is lost. Otherwise couldn't ask for better at the price point.

    Just a little better than sound from Sony OLED sound screen. Better bass than TV. Sony HT-400 is basic starter soundbar, nothing super about it. If you can get the A3000 for better sound and expandability.

    Definitely sounded way better in the store display. Big disappointment in sound level and quality. Subwoofer quit working within a couple days.
