It's not a 1000 watt/dollar unit to rattle the windows, but it fills my room with excellent loud sound. This unit is integrated with my Sony A95L TV and once set up, it works with the tv remote control. It has it's own remote control that can be used to vary some of the setup features.

With that said, the sound from the bar is very loud and the bass is phenomenal. I Bluetooth this to my iPhone and works seamlessly. The include remote works well too.

The subwoofer provides plenty of bass and compliments the bar itself perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality product at a great price. It’s great in the lows and highs but the mids need balance. The subwoofer creates good bass and but needs control as sometimes it overpowers the sound. Other than that, its excellent and complements my Sony tv.

The weak point of the product is that you can't equalize the sound, but Sony left the default settings very well balanced. . You can connect it via Bluetooth, optical and the recommended one, HDMI.

Biggest con is that sometimes there is some delay using Bluetooth. I’ll higher the volume with my tv control remote which should higher the volume on the sound bar and subwoofer. However sometimes they don’t register when trying to change volume. Other then that it is well worth it’s price in terms of sound quality

The sub is big but it does produce lots of booming sound. No sound leveling so some parts of a movie do get extremely loud. Sound quality is pretty good and voices are clear. Appears to have less features then others for more money, but it is a Sony so....
