The volume does not work properly and the sub-woofer case was damaged. I got a reaponse from Best Buy thanking me for letting them know! Seriously????, what is Beat Buy going to do about it???? HELLO!!!!!!!

Everything about the system has been great except the HDMI Arc doesn't have a passthrough ability like the SoundCore. So one HDMI port is lost. Otherwise couldn't ask for better at the price point.

Worse sound bar

Good starter unit

Better bass than TV. Sony HT-400 is basic starter soundbar, nothing super about it. If you can get the A3000 for better sound and expandability.

I can barely hear it at times because it sounds like someone is talking through a pillow.

Don't Buy Open Box

Well, not so fast. There was no manual, no quick start guide, and no remote control. To make matters worse, on their website, Best Buy has a "Returns and Support" tab. It only gives me the option to return, with no support. I hope to get this resolved so that I can check out the sound bar and then give it a good review. But right now, I'm stinging from getting burned. Best Buy's quality control is not good.

The sound bar lacks treble and generally sounds muddy. The unit is cheaply made (particle wood); not that I expected a lot in this price range.
