These soundbars are really good for the price. Connection to Sony TVs are seamless. There are not much Dolby Atmos content available to test to the full but whatever content i played it gave a real surround experience without upward firing speakers. I think it does the trick using advance software. It is well built, light and easy to use.

I got this to replace my klipsch sound bar and the sounds are very good. I do notice that the background sounds when playing movies with significant action where the explosion are very loud and then the dialog are very low where I have to higher up the volume to hear but then the action sequence will come back on making it too loud where I have to lower it again.

It's a great speaker, but I had some issues with connections. I also feel like for the price it should blow me out of the water but my vizio soundbar is comparable in my opinion and was much cheaper. But this fits perfectly under my 950G tv.

This sound bar packs a lot of punch. Once you get the sound bar, subwoofer and (optional) rear speakers all synced and set up, it’s a whole new world while watching sports, movies, and anything you can find on TV. The Bluetooth capability is awesome, and playing music from your phone brings some of the loudest yet crispest sound I’ve ever heard. Very happy.

I have a SONOS system with sub and I bought this system for the basement. If you have the extra cash and if it is a system you will use a lot get the SONOS with base otherwise this is a decent option.

I must say that the family and I are very happy with this purchase. I will preface the we are not audiophiles by any means, but the sound is good and definately adds to our movie watching experience. Especially with the limits of todays tv speakers. It is also easy to install and connect other devices via the bluetooth feature.

Some quality is pretty good on this unit yet at times I feel like the mid-range voices in particular could use some balancing out or some emphasis. At the lower volumes the bar struggles to get recognizable voices out. And at higher volumes the base can be rather overwhelming. I thought I have adjusted the settings purposely to what I was looking for but I've noticed different media sources affect the soundbar and very differently. One of the key things I like about this sound bar though is that it remains on even when you have a headset on. My old Sony sound bar used to shut down after about 15 minutes of having a headset on which would cause the TV to flicker to reacquire video signal which I found very annoying. Overall this is still the best soundbar I've tried to date.

My first attempt with a sound bar. Is a 2018 model. Easy to set up. Bought it with a discount for a new TV. For discounted price, is not bad. But is not the same quality like a 5.1 system. Probably I'll buy rear speakers. That adds another $350...

the system is great but only complaint i have is the sound sometimes messes up but it only takes a few min to get fixed and then its back. Not sure why the sound goes in and out but it might have to do with Bluetooth. So I wish Sony would send out a fixed patch. Other than that easy to set up mount and sound is awesome

I bought this soundbar a few weeks back to replace my existing Sony soundbar. I bought it along with 2 rear speakers. Soundbar delivers amazing sound quality and clarity. With Vertical Surround enabled, movies experience goes to all new level. Definitely will recommend this product.

Once I got it hooked up, the sound from this unit is great. Setup was more difficult than expected, however. The sub woofer did not pair automatically with the unit and had to be connected manually. It all worked out, but was more challenging than I atticipated

Purchased this for my living room. I have vaulted ceilings, so I don’t quite get the full immersive audio experience. However, it still sounds great plenty of base. However, rest of the system doesn’t get quite loud enough. Definitely get the optional rear speakers.

What we really liked about this soundbar was how it filled the room with sound and bass, and the options for different audio. Sometimes, dialog can be hard to understand, and this gives options for different sound modes.

I had a TV for years and wanted a new one because i heard of the quality. I wanted not only sight but sound as well. a tad more than what i wanted to pay, but it was on sale and complemented my tv Expectations were exceed!! i am blown away by the clarity. Advise to go ahead and buy if you are considering.
