My review is probably a bit biased. I am huge fan of Sony electronics. Over the years I have owned and still own many Sony electronics and haven't had any reason to complain. This soundbar is no exception. Bought it as part of a combo deal with a Sony TV. Fits perfectly between the legs of the TV. Sound quality is great! Not quite a 5.1 surround sound system. I wasn't expecting it either given that the bar as 3 internal speakers. Still it pumps out impressive sound. I am planning to buy the two rear speakers soon though. No issues with its various features. Overall, a very happy customer.

I love this soundbar! I got it as a package deal with my X900H, and eARC with Dolby Atmos is excellent! Sony TVs and sound equipment are next-level. They never disappoint.

Purchased Bose sound bar 4 years ago with Samsung tv. With my new 4 k Sony tv and Sony 4K DVD player purchases a new sound bar was “necessary”. Amazing sound quality! Far superior to Bose sound bar.

Great sounding speaker, but you need to purchase the 300 dollar rear speakers to really enjoy it. I love it but wish it had real upfiring speakers for a better experience.

I researched for several months to identify sound bars with key features that are important to me: Must be able to use my new TV speakers as the Center, and must allow enhancing Voice, so I don’t need to use subtitles. Must wirelessly connect with rear speakers (that I also purchased) so I get true surround sound. Must be able to separately control rear and subwoofer output. Must turn on/off automatically whenever I turn on TV or Blu-ray player. Must use Alexa to stream any music by verbal command, so I don’t need to get a Receiver. This sound bar does everything, and was set up for free by Total Tech.

I was concerned about not have up firing speakers, but the sound from this is great. Sony does a great job with the surround. The back speakers makes the sound that much better. Sony allows so many ways to adjust the setup that really helps.

I bought this just to go with my 70 inch TV. The sound from this bar is amazing. I also got the 2 back speakers which enhance the sound experience. Perfect for my Game of Thrones night.

Very good sound and extremely simple setup. I also purchased the rear speakers that go with this particular soundbar and would recommend that purchase as well!

I am very pleased with the sound from this bar. It was easy to unbox and install. I also purchased the rear speakers for this bar which do enhance the sound. Installing to the Sony tv was almost automatic, pretty much was handled by the software.

The sound bar has excellent sound in terms of clarity and volume. The center channel makes voices clear and the sub woofer connection is wireless but the quality of sound is still excellent and no delay is noticed.

bought this to match the sony 75 inch tv we bought. set up was a breeze. use your tv and controls to fine tune the sound. I did not buy the two extra speakers but I wish I would have. they sounded great in the store, but I spent enough that day.

easy setup, worked out of the box, remotes pair well between Sony sound bar and Sony TV and Sony DVD. but, with rear speakers added to sound bar set up, there exists an "undefined" and intermittent sound break, have followed all guidance to correct. This is truly intermittent, I think it relates to our WiFi and internet service, but cannot confirm. It only happens occasionally. The rest of the time, sound is fine. all the best

Great sound bar but expensive I have found you need the wireless speakers to get tho most out of it waiting for a sale to see if they complete the experience

The Sony Soundbar Sounds Great it has very good channel seperation and sound the subwoofer is wireless so you dont have to run wires to it and has excellent base sound.

This sound bar is one of the best purchases I have ever made. for music and tv sound. It was simple to set up and integrates with the TV easy. Better sound then what I have from my 10 year old system that cost 5 times more money back then.

Great sound, great features! Connecting the soundbar to my Sony 4K TV via arc-HDMI lets the two devices work together very well. Being able to easily connect Bluetooth devices is a plus, as is the wireless subwoofer.

I am not much of review writer, but this Sony Soundbar with the sub and rear speakers is absolutely unbelievable. I am actually blown away by its volume, clarity, bass and ease of installation. The wireless sub and rears connected to the soundbar on their own after they were plugged in. I am a Directv customer and all of the channels sound amazing with this soundbar. Channel 104, the 4k channel, has sound quality that is beyond description. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and the available rear speakers. You will not be disappointed.

Sounds amazing. Bought this and returned Polk Magnifi Max. Make sure you go into settings and enable 4k content passthrough on the hdmi inputs. They are set to standard hd initially

Incredible sound, able to deliver quite an excellent sound, easy to setup. A lot of features, working great with Sony TV. It’s pretty compact and fits nicely under the tv
