    The tv is great. The delivery and time getting it delivered was really bad. Late, sloppy non returns when of contact, etc. The installers for the tv and sound bar never came and supposedly the money is being returned. I don't care about a return I wanted a tv that I don't have to use two remotes to use.

    The sound is not that clear and the sound field that is marketed makes the whole audio sound muddled. Dialogue is louder than other sound effects/music losing the impact of explosions or the feel of a scene

Depending on the combination of the setting of SOUND FIELD and input signal, surround sound processing may not work effectively.
