For a more personalized audio experience, we recommend making use of the Sony Music Center app. It provides various tools to adjust the settings and optimize the sound to your preferences, including an EQ feature which can help reduce the detectability of lower volumes for others.

Sound is great when it works. Instruction manual is lacking in detail. Buttons are hard to see and use on the speakers.

We also appreciate your feedback about the instruction manual lacking detail and the buttons being hard to see and use.
If your TV supports BLUETOOTH profiles for music playback (A2DP), you can connect the neckband speaker to your TV via Bluetooth and listen to the audio through the speaker.
