I was actually surprised at how easy it was to install this onto my pro. No video was necessary I just followed the instructions that were given and installed it in less than 5 minutes almost!

A must have for the Playstation 5 pro, if you are into physicla copies of disks. Easy to install, comes with the face plate as well.

This was easier to assemble than I thought it would be and has been running discs smoothly. A bit noisy on initial turn on or playing of a disc but it goes back to being quiet.

This item is honestly super helpful and allows me to play all my games I had on this prior to getting the console having a designated button for the disc drive is a big improvement from the old PlayStation console. It was a little bit of a pain in the butt to get set up and going, but once it was ready, have had no issues.

Wish it would have come stock on pro version but makes easy to replace drive if it dies

Absolutely necessary if you don't want to be beholden to 'Digital Licenses' for your games.

It's needed for PS Pro to be able to use your physical games.

Bought to attach to my Ps5 Pro, which given the price combined was ridiculous. That said: it's a very nice peripheral and if you want to add functionality to a regular Ps5 that accepts this (or a Pro), it was incredibly easy to do so, and worked with no issues.

Great addition to PS5 Pro. Now i can utilize the gaming discs i currently along with the improved gaming console.

It reads discs..... What am I supposed to say .... It does it's job??? Yeah... It was a little expensive but it plays movies and games so if you're a physical media collector like me, then yeah buy it.

Runs great. A little loud for what I'd expect, but only on the start up.

As someone who likes physical discs, this is a must.

While I wasnt thrilled about the PS5 Pro only having a digital option, this add on takes care of any concern! Now, whether i want to get a new digital game or play one of my already purchased diac games, I'm good!

I ordered this but have not installed yet. waiting for gta6. hopefully it still works when I open it.

I needed the disc drive because Sony is evil and doesnt have the same pricing for digital games and physical games. Unfortunately the disc drive was perfect but the panel to cover the disc drive came damaged and i cant find a way to find the disc drive panel alone.

Installation is easy and takes less than 5 minutes. It's peefect for gamers that buy digital games but also like having their game collections displayed.
