Must have with any non disc drive versions of the ps5

It works. That's pretty much the best thing that can be said about this. Was not too happy to have to dish out another $80 to get a optical drive for a console that cost $700.

No problem getting, ordered online, curbside pickup, everything was easy and fast. The product is easy to replace in the ps5 system, would purchase again, but hopefully my youngest child won’t stick multiple discs in this one lol

Snagged a disc driver before scalpers! It is worth it for the physical collection since those are usually getting bigger sales than digital. Should have been part of the Pro, but at least it is an option!

Works perfect for both ps5 and ps5 pro. Only complaint is the price. It should be far less expensive for a simple optical drive.

Got this to add on to the ps5 pro since it hilariously didn’t come with a disc option. It does what it is intended to do which is allow physical game copies to run.

PS4 died, so get the chance to get a PS5 and needed the player add on to play the videos my wife wants to watch. Great player to go with a fun console.

This is a must have upgrade for PS5 pro…should have come with one though.

Poorly described. This only works for xerrain models and makes- apparently his is from over seas which means thia won't work. But because it was a gift I didn't know and then got a hard time to return it.

I purchased the Disc Drive to install it on the PS5 Pro. Very easy to install. I wish the PS5 Pro had come with a Disc Drive but unfortunately this was the only way to be able to play my physical disc games. I got it on sale and it was worth it.

This should have already been included with the PS5 pro but at least it is decently priced and easy to install. If you're in the market for one, use the hotstock app and grab one, befor the scalpers.
