We recently got a PS5 Pro and decided that we would like to actually own our games instead of paying for licenses. It took a while to track this down since it was hard to get when the Pro came out. But even since I've been just buying physical games. Bonus: Games get cheaper faster when they are physical.

Plug and play. Really easy to get it set up on ps5 then was working after a quick download if I remember correctly. Works great.

This works perfectly for my PS5 digital. I had PS4 games that I still wanted to play and this allowed me to play my games without any issues.

It works well and installs very easily. I can't say I'm thrilled to have to pay an extra charge to put a disc drive on an already expensive PS5 Pro. Still, for what it is, I'm satisfied.

The disc drive is really easy to install. I always get nervous when adding or removing hardware from computers and consoles. But Sony/PS has made this super easy and nearly fool proof. The drive works well, albeit a bit loud when starting up. I have never had any issues with the disc drive and am happy that I have the ability to preserve my games on disc instead of digital copies.

My wife and I use the disk drive on my ps5 pro to watch bluray movies /TV shows and play physical copies of games. It works just as good as the regular ps5s disk drive but it's a lot quieter!

Only giving 3 stars because I had to buy it separate. It is a simple product. It’s a disc drive. Does it work? Yes. Was it easy to install? Yes. Should I have had to do either of those things when I got a PS5 Pro? No.

I have libraries of games so a drive was mandatory for me. Wish it was included but it took 2 minutes to install.
