Love it. Now I can play all of my PS4 games also!!

As someone who likes physical discs, this is a must.

Works as intended, easy to install, and great value.

[Employee of bestbuy] I needed the disc drive because Sony is evil and doesnt have the same pricing for digital games and physical games. Unfortunately the disc drive was perfect but the panel to cover the disc drive came damaged and i cant find a way to find the disc drive panel alone.

Easy install and the perfect companion for the PS5 Pro (or PS5 Slim)! I hope disc games never go away and that this is always an option for gamers. Digital is convenient but doesn’t offer the same sales/deals you can find on physical; not to mention used games being an option regardless.

Works well and fits good. Also comes with PS5 plastic feet thingys to support your system.

This is a must have for me and I love the fact that it does not cost an arm and a leg to add since all playstation 5 pros come in digital form. It also comes with all you need and is plug and play.

Ordered it couple of weeks before the PS5 Pro release. So I received it about a week before. Since then the world has gone crazy for these. Not sure what more to add other than yes it loads my games and yes it seems to work fine on the Pro. Hopefully they restock soon.

It's a shame it has come down to the consumer having to buy an optical drive to protect our rights of owning physical disc but thats the new reality. No complaints on this disc drive otherwise. It snaps right on, installs and registers online.

Brother got this for a present, Good for PS5 that way we can watch some dvd discs movies.

This was easier to assemble than I thought it would be and has been running discs smoothly. A bit noisy on initial turn on or playing of a disc but it goes back to being quiet.

The drive is quiet, fast and easy to install. Works as intended. Got this to pair with PS5 pro, a little upset that I was forced to buy one to play my physical media. But that is just a personal option about having to buy accessories. The drive itself is really good.

If you're a physical game collector like myself, there is no reason you shouldn't get this.
