Help! I have no product for this purchase!

I have spent hours trying to figure out this circle of nowhere! I have tried to do an online chat with no human assistance! I am angry that purchasing this has consumed so much of my time wasted with no assistance or product to use! Someone please assist!!!!!

Not Working

So far still no email for the redemption code and it’s been 3 hours. Called and was told they have latency issues. This is ridiculous. They told me they have to reach our to code generator guy and hope I get something end of day. Really?
