I got them home and got them set up which was a simple plug and play process. They are supposed to be noise canceling. Nope. Volume super low compared to other headsets. In order to use the companion app yoi have to sync them to a PC. I switched them out and got the arctis nova 7s.

Attempted to use them a few times but got complaints on how I sounded each time. After playing with some settings adjustments and no software updates available I’m probably going to return these.

They disconnect a lot. usually about 2 hour mark 1 side or both would disconnect and take about a minute to turn back on. Not recommended for gaming
