I thought i was missing something in the setup. Hours of looking for answers didnt help at all. Troubleshooting details said nothing about the issues i was having and still waiting over 20hours for some sort of contact from support. Never again. Google did show me that thousands of people get defective sets right out of the box. Reddit showed me that people never got answers

When attempting to pair the headset with a device, make sure the device supports LE Audio over Bluetooth if applicable. If using the USB transceiver, ensure it is properly connected to the target device, and the mode settings are correctly adjusted (Bluetooth mode or USB transceiver mode)

They were good while it lasted but for the price tag they have you would expect something of higher quality and not to break

Rt ear bud wont charge
