Not for PS portal! PS5 only

Corded headphones work fine but they kind of get in the way of game play. I thought they we expensive but I would like to use them for my PS5 as well. I looked at several reviews that said they were great and better than the new Sony Pulses, but no mention they did not connect to the portal. Which was so stupid in my opinion to pay this much for headphones for them not to work on another Sony product. Disappointed so I returned them.

The Playstation Portal does not support Bluetooth, the earbuds will not work with this. You can use any PlayStation Link-supported audio device for Playstation portal. Sound good, never work

But most of the time they aren’t working. Lots of factory resetting, right / left earbud will often not work and need to be repaired. And recently the right earbud stopped working completely. Would not buy again, getting them warrantied by Sony, lets see if the next pair has the same issues

Great if you only need to game for a couple months

Opened box- Excellent condition, product worked amazing, sound quality/connectivity/convenient, just to last me just about 4 months. One side of the earbud stopped connecting/charging, I have tried soft cleaning the charging connectors with q-tips but it just won’t charge/work anymore. For only having them 3 1/2 months I wouldn’t spend $120 on these again let alone for the new price.

Tons of better products out there

Using them with my phone is almost impossible unless you have your phone out all the time. Having it in my pocket the audio would cut out im assuming from the poor transmitter. Battery life is fairly good, could go a day on a single charge.

Every test I did myself and with friends sound like I’m muffled and under water. Additionally, you need a windows computer or android device to customize these at all. Sound quality was pretty good but not equal to a good headset. I did like how using these don’t create the hot ear feeling.

Great ps5 earbuds

I have had any connection issues and setup was easy. I haven’t done the customization with my pc yet, but I really haven’t felt the need to.

Consensus is the tradeoff for having good battery life is a high noise floor. I would only recommend these if you are okay with hearing white noise when no other sound is being played. I exchanged my first pair because of the white noise issue and my 2nd pair had the exact same issue. White noise is present when the buds are ON and in any mode, i.e. noise cancelling on/off and ambient sound mode on/off

This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To further isolate the issue, please pair and connect them with several different Bluetooth devices to test their sound quality.
