Runs great for 5 min and then one of the buds will randomly disconnect (im 4 feet from the type c adapter) and then the other one shortly after. Resetting them to factory, changing the type c port, re-linking them in the case, FACTORY RESETTING MY PC and still nothing works. In the computer app it shows them disconnecting and you cant do anything in the app when they do. horrible. Do not recommend these at all and will be returning asap.

I thought i was missing something in the setup. Hours of looking for answers didnt help at all. Troubleshooting details said nothing about the issues i was having and still waiting over 20hours for some sort of contact from support. Never again. Google did show me that thousands of people get defective sets right out of the box. Reddit showed me that people never got answers

They were good while it lasted but for the price tag they have you would expect something of higher quality and not to break

Rt ear bud wont charge
