We're here to help and would be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.

1. Make sure you have the latest firmware for your INZONE Buds and the newest drivers for your PC.

2. Initialize the earbuds. You can find instructions on how to do a factory reset here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2977/v1/en/contents/TP1001273101.html

3. If you have another Bluetooth-enabled device like a laptop or phone, try connecting your earbuds to it. This can help us figure out if the issue is with the earbuds themselves or with your PC's connection.

4. On your PC, sometimes the Bluetooth drivers themselves can be the source of the issue. A quick re-install or update of those might help.

INZONE Buds only support LE Audio connection (codec: LC3). Please note that the regular Bluetooth (Bluetooth Classic) codecs SBC, AAC, aptX and LDAC are not supported.

If your LE audio device supports the following profiles, you can enjoy listening to music and control the Play/Pause tap controls from your INZONE Buds via a LE Audio connection:


1) TMAP (Telephony and Media Audio Profile) - You can control the streaming for smartphones, headset, left and right standalone earbuds, speakers, TVs, and more.
2) MCP (Media Control Profile) - You can play or stop music.
3) VCP (Volume Control Profile) - You can adjust the volume, etc.
