Amazing headphones

Perfect gaming buds

Wish the usb dongle was a little lower profile, but the comfort and sound are spot on. Just remember you have to adjust your device sound level and the headphones themselves. Some settings require using the computer app which isn’t amazing but isn’t difficult either.

Good product, could be better

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good earbuds, a little hard to get used to controlling it (like the volume and noise control), and has a weird-ish way to connect to devices. Also hard to control the device from my phone with the Sony Headphones app. Microphone is also worse than DualSense controller on PS5. Could be better. I would recommend because it is a good price for average headphones, and if you just want some privacy on your PS5, these are a pretty good option.

Great till they break

Noisy house so the noise cancellation was perfect and the mic did a good job of filtering out background. Would be five stars but the right one went out on me. I have to fidget with it in the case to charge and even after a full night it doesn’t come on or doesn’t register it’s no longer in the case.

Not for PS portal! PS5 only

Corded headphones work fine but they kind of get in the way of game play. I thought they we expensive but I would like to use them for my PS5 as well. I looked at several reviews that said they were great and better than the new Sony Pulses, but no mention they did not connect to the portal. Which was so stupid in my opinion to pay this much for headphones for them not to work on another Sony product. Disappointed so I returned them.

The Playstation Portal does not support Bluetooth, the earbuds will not work with this. You can use any PlayStation Link-supported audio device for Playstation portal. A must for PS5

Constant static noise

Consensus is the tradeoff for having good battery life is a high noise floor. I would only recommend these if you are okay with hearing white noise when no other sound is being played. I exchanged my first pair because of the white noise issue and my 2nd pair had the exact same issue. White noise is present when the buds are ON and in any mode, i.e. noise cancelling on/off and ambient sound mode on/off

We regret to hear that you are having a constant static noise with your Sony INZONE Buds even after replacing the unit with new pair. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To further isolate the issue, please pair and connect them with several different Bluetooth devices to test their sound quality. Make sure you are using your INZONE Buds away from places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc. You can also follow the other suggestions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2977/v1/en/contents/TP1001273088.html.
