Attempted to use them a few times but got complaints on how I sounded each time. After playing with some settings adjustments and no software updates available I’m probably going to return these.

Posted .Hello, Yordy. We're sorry to read your WF-G700N left bud is no longer working. Please try resetting them placing both earbuds in the charging case and holding down the buttons on both earbuds simultaneously until their indicator lights start flashing. If the left bud does not respond, try opening the case lid slightly and attempting the reset immediately. In case a simple reset does not resolve the issue, try the factory restore procedure, pressing and holding buttons on both earbuds until the LED indicators flash red and then blue multiple times. This may require multiple attempts if one bud is unresponsive. I got them home and got them set up which was a simple plug and play process. They are supposed to be noise canceling. Nope. Volume super low compared to other headsets. In order to use the companion app yoi have to sync them to a PC. I switched them out and got the arctis nova 7s.
