They sent the order to Lawrence,KS. I live in NJ. It should have been Lawrence, NJ. Then told me it would be ready later. Go back the next day. They don’t have it at the store I went to. They call another store. They have it. Drive 20 miles out of my way to the other store. It’s not ready. Love the headphones!

I can hear footsteps, vehicles, etc from their exact location. It does what its supposed to do for gaming on PC and PS5. I wouldnt buy gaming buds for music or buds and you shouldnt expect them to be that way. Use them for what theyre designed primarily to do and you will love them. The only con is the hinge on the case feels flimsy and the case is a little bulky. But if your not transporting it a lot then its no big deal.

The Software is simple to set up, the active noise cancelling and spatial Audio are what make it worth the price for me. My biggest gripe would be the range in which you can wear them without having any interference is sort of limited other wise I would recommend these earbuds for daily gaming and movie watching.
