Sounds Quality not worth it

Massive flaw

After three months, the left earbud stopped charging and now the right earbud is losing charge after 20 minutes of use. Seems like a common issues with the case and battery.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that often resolve charging issues:
-Make sure both earbuds are securely seated in the charging case. If the earbuds are not making proper contact, they may not charge. Use only the supplied USB Type-C cable and ensure it is firmly connected to the case.
-Dirt or debris on the charging contacts (either on the earbuds or in the case) can prevent charging. Clean all contacts gently with a soft, dry cloth.
-Ensure your INZONE Buds are running the latest software version using the INZONE Hub app on your PC.

They disconnect a lot. usually about 2 hour mark 1 side or both would disconnect and take about a minute to turn back on. Not recommended for gaming

I haven't tested them on a PS5 but for PC, I can safely say they are trash. They are constantly disconnecting from my pc, which is less then 3ft away from them. I need to pull them out of my ears and lean down to my PC to re-establish a connection. EVERY. 5. MINUTES. give or take. The kicker is they worked great for 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden BAMB! Cant stay connected to save my life. At the start of this review, they both disconnected, and now FOR SOME REASON the right one reconnected! I HAVEN'T MOVE OR DONE ANYTHING BUT TYPE THIS REVIEW! That is how unreliable they are. Save your money, time, and don't get frustrated like me. Don't buy them.

To connect your INZONE Buds (WF-G700N) to your PC, you need to use the INZONE Hub application. Here are the steps to follow:12
Install the INZONE Hub Application:34
Ensure you have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or later) and an active internet connection.5
Download and install the latest version of the INZONE Hub application from the official Sony website.12
Connect the Headphones:
Plug the USB transceiver into your computer.34
Turn on the headset and connect it to the computer via Bluetooth.
Launch the INZONE Hub Application:34
Open the INZONE Hub application on your computer.34
If this is your first time launching the application, you will need to go through the Privacy Policy confirmation and Privacy Settings screens.
Update the INZONE Hub Application (if necessary):34
If the INZONE Hub application is not up-to-date, a red circle will appear on the gear icon in the lower left corner. Click on the gear icon to go to the settings screen and update the application.6
Check the Connection:
Ensure that the headset is properly connected to the INZONE Hub application. You can check the connection status and the firmware version by clicking on Device Settings within the application.16
If you encounter any issues, such as the headset not connecting, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure the Bluetooth adapter on your computer is turned on.
Wake the computer if it is in standby or hibernation mode.
If the headset has automatically connected to another device, deactivate the Bluetooth function on that device or turn it off.
Delete the headset pairing information on your computer and perform the pairing again.

A Must for PS5 Gamers
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried many different headsets for use with my PS5 system. Some were heavy. Some made my ears too hot if I wore them too long. Some hurt my head. Some were uncomfortable if I wore my glasses while playing. With the Sony InZone Ear Buds, all of that has changed. I finally have my go to gaming headset. The ear buds come with everything you need in a compact size. The ear buds come in a compact charging case and charging cable which plugs into a standard USB type-A port. The case even houses the dongle so you should never lose it. Lastly there are additional ear pieces that should help you get the perfect fit in your ears. While the ear buds will work with a PC/Mac, my main focus was using it with my PS5. The dongle connects conveniently to the USB type-C port on the front of the PS5. Because it is a type-C connection, the orientation of the dongle does not matter. The nice part of this is you can connect the dongle and still have full use of the type-A port at the same time. All the other headsets that I have used have all used the type-A port for connectivity. Since I never had any other device that required the type-C port, I lost a port in the front. With these ear buds, I get the use of that port back. As far as performance is concerned, the ear buds are amazing. I have used them in FPS games. I could easily detect the direction of enemy fire. Communication with teammates was also crisp and clear. With other headsets, the game and voice chat never seemed to blend well. With this system, everything is clear. The only hiccup is that you cannot hear yourself while speaking. IF you loosen up the fit on an ear bud, this is easily corrected though. In racing games, the sounds is beautiful. The cars sound the way they should. There is no real distortion or equalization problems. Even watching movies is enjoyable with the ear buds. Another nice feature is that when the dongle is in the system, it will not necessarily interrupt the television volume. The ear buds must be on to automatically mute the television. This means that you do not have to remove the dongle every single time you quit playing. If you want the television volume to return, just turn off the ear buds. The controls on the ear buds take a little learning, but it is quick to pick up. You can turn off/on with just a touch. Additionally, you can also turn up/down the ear buds or activate/deactivate the noise cancelling just as easily. There is no jumping through menus necessary to do this. In the end, I love the Sony InZone Ear Buds. This is my new gaming headset without a doubt. The ear buds are small and lightweight. You can play for days without recharging the case. The sound is amazing. Also, this is the most comfortable gaming headset I have used. I highly recommend these ear buds for all PS5 players.
