INZONE Buds only support LE Audio connection (codec: LC3). Please note that the regular Bluetooth (Bluetooth Classic) codecs SBC, AAC, aptX and LDAC are not supported.

If your LE audio device supports the following profiles, you can enjoy listening to music and control the Play/Pause tap controls from your INZONE Buds via a LE Audio connection:


1) TMAP (Telephony and Media Audio Profile) - You can control the streaming for smartphones, headset, left and right standalone earbuds, speakers, TVs, and more.
2) MCP (Media Control Profile) - You can play or stop music.
3) VCP (Volume Control Profile) - You can adjust the volume, etc.

Hello, Yordy. We're sorry to read your WF-G700N left bud is no longer working. Please try resetting them placing both earbuds in the charging case and holding down the buttons on both earbuds simultaneously until their indicator lights start flashing. If the left bud does not respond, try opening the case lid slightly and attempting the reset immediately. In case a simple reset does not resolve the issue, try the factory restore procedure, pressing and holding buttons on both earbuds until the LED indicators flash red and then blue multiple times. This may require multiple attempts if one bud is unresponsive.
