    Although there was a shipping issue, now that we have them they are NICE. VERY MUCH soundproof so dont go yelling at your kids when they are wearing them playing the game.

    Wont stay connected to any computer or phone while using. Runs great for 5 min and then one of the buds will randomly disconnect (im 4 feet from the type c adapter) and then the other one shortly after. Resetting them to factory, changing the type c port, re-linking them in the case, FACTORY RESETTING MY PC and still nothing works. In the computer app it shows them disconnecting and you cant do anything in the app when they do. horrible. Do not recommend these at all and will be returning asap.

    Never again

    I have never had any problems with connecting any earbuds to anything. This was a nightmare. I thought i was missing something in the setup. Hours of looking for answers didnt help at all. Troubleshooting details said nothing about the issues i was having and still waiting over 20hours for some sort of contact from support. Never again. Google did show me that thousands of people get defective sets right out of the box. Reddit showed me that people never got answers

    Stopped working

    Withen less than a month of owning these the right bud stopped charging and i tried everything to fix it but had to end up returning them due to them being defective. They were good while it lasted but for the price tag they have you would expect something of higher quality and not to break

    Rt ear bud wont charge

    Sony historically has a terrible issue with ear bud batteries (see xm4/xm5) and they didnt disappoint the rt ear bud is jacked up and wont charge. No stock around so no way to just return and rebuy…
