These earbuds are perfection and I hope they never stop producing them, they have great soundstage, the planar magnetic drivers really deliver crisp and clean audio, the battery life is just as good as advertised, getting 12 hours on a single charge, the one downside is the case only holds one extra charge, however that being said I've never had an issue with charging, the case is durable, however does not support wireless charging, they have a USB-C receiver so if you wanted to use them on your gamefl console/PC you can. They have great ANC and are comfortable to wear. The microphone is the one point I would say these earbuds could improve on but honestly it's just as good as other microphones in earbuds at this price range

When I originally got the Sony INZONE Buds, I had planned to use them with my tower gaming PC. I recently moved it and the corded headset I was using is right at its limit so having wireless gaming buds was going to be the solution. Lo and behold, my 8 month old gaming PC does not have USB-C! I knew there weren't any on the top panel but I assumed there was at least one on the back for the transmitter, but I assumed wrong. So remember kids, be sure your hardware can handle your tech before you get it. It was then that I remembered that I actually had a MUCH better option for using the INZONE buds anyway, my ASUS ROG Ally, duh! Sure enough, I plugged the transmitter into the Ally, fired her up, downloaded the INZONE Hub, made a few tweaks and I was ready to go. The first thing I noticed about the INZONE buds is that Sony did a nice job on the design of these things. The only thing actually touching my ear is the eartip itself so I'm not getting any 'hot-spot' or rubbing from the earbud itself. The second thing I noticed (and the most important), is that these sound REALLY good! I was playing Disco Elysium and the dialogue, music, and ambient sound all came across crisp and refined. It was much better than playing using the built in speakers on the Ally. I played for about an hour and that was when I did have my only real problem with the INZONE buds and it is just like many other in-ear headsets and that is discomfort from the actual ear tip. I had already swapped out the medium tips that were on it straight out of the box for the extra smalls since that is always where I need to start. I'm a normal sized guy but I have really weird ears on the inside. I used to drive the life-support guys nuts in the Air Force trying to get earplugs that fit. My right ear was perfect with the XS tip but for my left ear it was just a bit too small. I ran the ear-fit diagnostic from the INZONE Hub (which is a nice feature), and sure enough it said there was not a good seal for that ear. This was causing me to constantly press in the left earbud to keep a seal and it began to hurt after a while. I moved that ear up to just the small eartip but unfortunately that is just a little too big. I can get a seal and the earbud stays but it begins to hurt almost as fast as it did when it was loose. I'm going to keep on playing with the eartips and see if anyone comes up with some foam tips that might be a bit more comfortable and still give me a good seal. The good news is that I like the INZONE buds enough that I want to make them work and so I'm going to keep trying. My only other complaint is that Sony really could have put in a small startup guide in the documentation box. They gave me INZONE stickers, so a small sheet with the basic touch commands for the earbuds wouldn't be too much to ask. I had to look in the INZONE Hub to see what commands were tied to which bud. If you are looking for some cool gaming earbuds for your mobile gaming or at home, the Sony INZONE Buds deserve to be on your short-list.

The sound quality and comfort is incredibly good. Unfortunately, the earbuds tend to be hit and miss when it comes to connection and worst of all, it doesn't always charge completely. No matter how well the earbuds are seated, somehow the left bud is discharged all the time. Its unknown if my product is either defective or a common issue.

The INZONE Buds from Sony have been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. The sound quality is top-notch—clear highs, solid bass, and immersive detail that makes a real difference during competitive gameplay. The noise canceling feature works impressively well, helping me stay focused without distractions whether I’m on PC or PS5. Comfort is another big plus. They fit snugly without causing fatigue over long sessions, and the battery life has held up surprisingly well, even with ANC enabled. Pairing with both systems was quick and easy, and I love that they’re truly wireless—no more getting tangled up while gaming. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the case is a bit bulky for carrying around, but that's a small tradeoff for everything these earbuds deliver.

These are just amazing quality, the surround sound its awsome! Wait till you play games like Apex legends and ullunderstand! For Music theres no equal. I can comare them with the Klischp sound quality! And if you know that brand you alrdy know what i mean. Only downside its a little tricky to cnnect over bluethoot

I absolutely love these! I bought them 6 or so months ago. I needed something to wear that wouldn't affect my streaming get up. I had been using Hyperx alphas. I figured I would lose sound quality, and it would bother my ears. But, 100% the opposite! They fit great, they're extremely comfortable, and they put my over the ear sets to absolute shame. I will never buy over the ears again. They are also packed with amazing features, just enough to get you in trouble XD. 10/10 would recommend

I cought this earbuds becauae I was tires of the clasi gaming headphones wich aré very big and heavy so these earbuds aré just perfect the aré light and confi, the battery last very much and the Best part Is the quality sound and mic. Once you Buy something like this you Will foget about the clásic gaming headphones.

Bought these to use on PS5 and PC, was pleasantly surprised to find out it works on the Nintendo Switch 2 as well. You get 3D audo here, great audio quality for games. I recommend downloading the App on PC so that you can customize the touch controls. Noise cancelation is great but the transparency mode is not the best, for comparison its transparency mode is nowhere near the Apple Airpod Pros. But its still decent. Thats my only negative, I enjoy using the buds and recommend it for gamers.

Wife really likes them, comments on the quality of sound, easy to use, connects to everything she needs them to. Solid. Have had minor connectivity issues connecting to PS5 but its worked out fine.

Would give it 5/5 but occasionally the right earbud stops working, and youll have to fidget with the blutooth and charging case to reactivate it. Battery life is really good. Microphone and sound too.

[Employee of bestbuy] The sound quality on these are better than your standard mainstream earbuds like airpods or galaxy buds, but not the best compared to other TWS like the Moondrop Robin. These earbuds are primarily geared towards gamers because of the low latency, decent battery life, and EQ customization that helps for certain games like competitive shooters. I get around 6 hours of use out of these buds while using the usb-c adapter. The preset EQs were fine for cs2 and valorant. If you're in need of low latency earbuds that sound good and have decent battery life, go for these. Just know that you're overpaying for these.

These are good earbuds. I like them because they are comfortable and easy to wear. The sound quality is good for earbuds. Playing call of duty I can hear footsteps and directional sound really well. The bass is slightly lacking but that is expected since they are nut full cover headphone, there is only so much they can do. I would recommend these over the Pulse earbuds.

My only issue with these earbuds is that the bass isn’t quite deep enough. Still not bad by any means, but if you’re a bass head like myself that likes thundering bass, then these miss the mark. Again, they’re still great earbuds and you will enjoy them, just don’t expect deep bass that’s all. Outside of that, they’re definitely some of the best out there IMHO. I’ve only used them on my PS5 Pro, but they also work on PC, which offers way more customizable features like an EQ where you can adjust the bass and other audio settings to your liking. Similar to AirPod Pros, these also use touch gestures to adjust volume, turn the built in mic on/off as well as the noise cancellation. Speaking of noise cancellation, it works very well! Mic is good quality, The cable for the charging case is rather short, so something to keep in mind depending on how your gaming space is setup. Overall, very good earbuds for your PS5/PC. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds for gaming/movies/music.

It works great. The sound quality is great. The only thing is that it will randomly disconnect from time to time. It goes in phase so it works great for a while then it will disconnect for a while

Been using these for little less than a month now. They have great sound quality - when they actually stay connected. I have had huge problems with one ear bud constantly disconnecting and turning off. Its to the point that it turns off multiple times in the same minute, which is extremely frustruating to say the least. Re-pairing the headphones with my PC solves the problem for maybe a day or two and then it starts all over again. I installed the INZONE Hub and recommended drivers with the hope it would resolve this issue and no luck so far. Only re-pairing the headphones solves the issue and like I said, that is a temporary fix at best. They have great sound quality but the connectivity issues make me hesitant to recommend it to others.

I use these for my PS5 the sound quality is good, and ear buds are comfortable also. My friends say my voice is clear when in a party. Not on the same tier as air pod pros and the price feels a little steep for what you get though. Overall satisfied.

They are perfect and comfortable for general usage for my iPhone. Yes I could’ve gotten the AirPods but I never found them to be comfortable to use, so using these were great. And as I do a lot of VR content, they’re great for VR with the dongle as there’s no noticeable delay in audio. My only complaint is that they disconnect from time to time and reconnect during usage. I’ve gotten use to it but it seems it’s picky when it doesn’t have direct line to you from the computer so keep that in mind. For the price I was a bit hesitant but I needed a better solution to using the PrismXR. Overall I’d recommend them to anyone really.

I’ve had a lot of over the ear headphones for gaming and these are by far my favorite. Over ears eventually would hurt my ears but these are noise cancelling and I can wear them for hours with no issue. If you’re looking to switch, j highly recommend since they work for PlayStation or PC (I use them on PC)

Overall these are good. I specifically got them for PS5 and some features are lacking, examples: balancing game and chat volumes and not being able to mute from the controller. Only offering the companion app to PC and not for Mac also means I can’t use the app, so Mac users beware.
